PSVR Required, Compatible or Bonus Content
I have tried to mark whether or not the require PSVR, are PSVR compatible or just have PSVR bonus content. It is not always 100% clear so if you think something isn’t right, please get in touch using the form at the bottom of the page.
As far as I know, PSVR required means it can only be played with PSVR. PSVR compatible means it can be played with PSVR or on a TV too. Bonus content means the bulk of the game is a standard game played on a TV, but has some additional VR features, content or mini game.
How pre-orders are taken
Amazon, GAME and base.com don’t take payment until around the time they are due to be dispatched. PlayStation store doesn’t normally take payment until two days before release, however it does take payment for a few games like Bound up front. It will warn you in yellow writing and at the checkout if this is the case.
Amazon offer a pre-order price guarantee, but it only applies to themselves. So if the price is lowered after you order the game and before it is dispatched, you will pay the lower price.
Argos, Gameseek, Tesco and Zavvi take payment up front. Gameseek, Tesco and Zavvi do offer a pre-order price promise, but it is only against their own products and only on the final release day price. Zavvi’s price promise doesn’t apply if used with a discount code. Argos do not offer a price promise. The downside of this is it’s harder to cancel if the price drops somewhere else now between now and release.
Comments? Corrections? Missing games? Get in touch 🙂
Thank you so much for this list, I have bookmarked it and will share it among my VR-friends who have also been looking for something like this.
I have one suggestion. Many of us who look for lists like this one, are physical collections. There would therefor be great if you could separate the list in to two sections, one for digital games only and one for games which also have a physical release.
Best regards,
Daniel

Thank you for the suggestion! 🙂 When I overhaul the list I will definitely consider this.

A few things I would like to correct about your list:
A few digital games are missing from the list. Like for example “The Brookhaven Experiment”.
“Star Wars Battlefront X-Wing VR Mission” should be removed from the list. This was never a seperate game, just a missunderstanding from the retailers.
“Star Wars Battlefront” should be moved to the list “PlayStation 4 Games with Bonus VR Content”. As far as I understand there is a short VR-mission included, but you can not play the other game modes in VR.
“Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X” should also be moved to the list “PlayStation 4 Games with Bonus VR Content”. In this game there is actually no playable content in VR. The only thing you can do is watch replayed concerts in VR mode. A total waste if you ask me.
Deus Ex: Mankind. About this game I am not sure. Is there really VR content for this game? I searched and searched everywhere but I have found no proof that there is actually VR content in this game? Check your sources and remove from the list if not correct I would say.
Also two suggestions on how to greatly improve your list for visitors:
1: Seperate released games from unreleased.
2: Seperate digital games from games which has physical releases.
Thank you, I hope I helped!

Thank you so much for your detailed suggestions 🙂 I am due a post Christmas update! I will definitely look into the points you have raised.
Deus Ex VR content was something that was announced before the headset launched, I will investigate what happened there. It all went a little quiet.
